CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS

Alexandria Store Holiday Closure

Our Alexandria store will be closed from 25 December 2025 and will reopen on 2 January 2026.

Customer Service & Warehouse Hours

Our customer service and warehouse will remain open throughout the holiday period, closing only on official public holidays.

Click & Collect Service

For customers eligible for Click & Collect, this service will be unavailable from 23 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.


Additional Information

  • Additional buffer transit time on wholesale orders as there is an expectation of transport back-log during the period. For all Regional Areas, delivery times will be dependent on your postcode and delays may occur therefore we suggest that you place your earlier if possible.
  • H2G recommends all wholesale customers to increase stock holding to minimise any transport delay.
  • H2G Delivery Sydney: If your business is closing early on Christmas Eve, please contact our Customer Service team at least 24 hours prior to delivery. A delivery fee may be charged if your store is closed early and the products need to be re-delivered.

Wholesale customers outside H2G delivery runs

We ship to all Australian postcodes.

For orders that are not in our H2G Delivery Run areas, you will see the best available delivery rates, based on your address, at checkout.

  • When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking details from our freight partner Steadfast.

  • Orders being sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can only ship with Australia Post.  
  • Unfornatuelly we cannot offer customer Pick Up's from our warehouse.
